The house
One mark, three parts.
Two businesses and a research arm under one mark. They share a lockup, a palette and a voice, and nothing else. Each is run on its own.

What they share
A lockup, a palette and a voice. That is the entire list. Each part has its own team, and whatever it sells has its own contract and its own price. Tech builds three products, Hisabin, Cahaves Cloud and Storefront, and books its consulting by engagement. Studios makes games and scopes them per title, with multimedia planned. Labs publishes research and sells nothing.
None of them is a module of the others. There is no shared plan to buy, no bundle, and nothing to switch on in one before another will work. Buying one tells you nothing about what the others cost, and leaving one has no effect on the rest.
The mark says how the work is done, not that the three are one product. Holding them to the same standard is why they carry the same name. Running them separately is why they are priced separately.
When two of them run at once
Work that needs two of them is common, and it stays two engagements. These are the pairings that come up most.
- A game that needs somewhere to run
- Studios builds the title. Cahaves Cloud runs the services behind it, the accounts, the matchmaking, the save data. Two contracts, one conversation.
- Software that exists and has nobody to run it
- Tech's consulting does the assessment and the migration work. Cahaves Cloud takes the running of it once it lands, and the handover between the two is written down rather than assumed.
- A team short of both hands and capacity
- Tech's consulting supplies the engineering. Cahaves Cloud supplies the platform underneath it. Each is scoped on its own terms, so ending one does not end the other.
In every case the two are scoped, priced and delivered separately, and we say up front which part belongs to which. One invoice with the seam hidden would make the work harder to check, not easier.
If you are not sure which
Start from what you already have rather than from what you are thinking of buying. An application and nowhere to put it is Cahaves Cloud. Marketplace sales that will not reconcile are Hisabin. A game to make, or a build that has stalled short of finished, is Studios. A technical decision to make and nobody free to make it is Tech's consulting.
If the answer is still not obvious, describe what you are building and we will tell you which it is, including when the honest answer is none of them.
