Advice you cannot execute is a document, not a decision.
Tech has two lines. It builds its own products, Hisabin, Cahaves Cloud and Storefront, and it consults on yours. The consulting designs the system and then puts it in: architecture and rollout are one engagement rather than two, because the gap between them is where the reasoning gets lost and the estimate stops meaning anything.
What it does
- Assessment
- What is running now, what it costs and where it is load bearing. Written down before anything is proposed, because a recommendation without a baseline cannot be checked.
- Architecture
- The target system, with the trade-offs named. Every choice records what it gives up, so the next person can tell a decision from an accident.
- Rollout
- The migration, run by the people who designed it. Architecture handed across a boundary is where most engagements quietly fail.
- Handover
- Runbooks, access and the training to use them. The engagement ends when your team can operate it without us, and that date is agreed at the start.
